ENGLISH - first week in May

Hi, Biodiversos!!!!

 These are the activities you have to do this week:
  • You have a new assignment in Travelers, which is the obligatory part of the activities you have this week. I hope you enjoy the reading.
  • Then, the optional part of the assignment is this: Read page 56 in the PB (you have a song, which you can sing using the ebook) and do activities from page 51 in the AB. It is easy, because it uses the structure I'd rather, which I already explained last week for the hobbies activity.
Of course, if you have doubts, you can write in the comments of the blog or to the email where you send the activities when you have already done them.

Hi, Biodiversos!!!! This week we are going to work on Forces and revise the rest of the unit... I am going to try to make a short explanation, trying to keep it simple (but read pages 76 and 77, too): FORCE : push or pull acting on an object. It makes changes in the object: shape or position (speed or direction). Non-contact forces : objects involved don't touch each other. Some examples are gravity (between the Earth and other objects, it makes objects fall in direction to the centre of the Earth) and magnetism (between magnetic minerals and metals). Behaviour of magnets. They have two poles: north and south. If two poles are different, they attract each other; if they are the same, they repel each other. Contact forces : objects involved touch each other. Actividad Comprensión Lectora: Excursión al Teide Por cierto, es un volcán impresionante, ¿lo veis en la foto?
